Equipment Return Information: 

Equipment returns will be on Saturday December 3rd.  They will be in the Walmart Parking lot in Saratoga Springs from 9:00am to 12:00 noon.  Please make arrangements to return equipment at this time as this will be the only return date and time we will have.

All equipment must be returned clean and in good working order.  Damaged or dirty equipment will not be accepted (helmets with gouges and scratches are not conisdered damaged as that occurs during normal damage from playing football).  Missing equipment will taken from your deposit.  Please see the guidelines below for cleaning your equipment.  The costs of missing equipment is also listed below.
Keep Up To Date With the WYFL
Try outs are over for grades 5-8 and all of the teams have been selected.  We are sorry if your child wanted to play this year but were not able to register.  We hope you will want your child to play next season
Helmet:
We will not be using the Thunder Helmet stickers next year.  Please remove all three including the middle stripe and the two logo stickers on the sides of the helmet.  Also remove any other stickers that are not original manufacturer stickers.  Remove all sticker residue from the helmet.  DO NOT USE sandpaper, acetone, or paint thinner to remove stickers or residue as these will damage the outside shell of the helmet.  Rubbing alcohol or Goof Off work excellent for removing residue.  It is normal for the helmets to have scratches and gouges in them, DO NOT try and sand or buff those out of the helmet.  Make sure all screws and snaps are tightened.

Soak the helmet in warm warm with a mild soap for a few minutes.  After soaking, scrub out the inside of the helmet with a soft brush to remove any dirt, grime, hair spary/gel residue from the helmet.  Rinse the helmet and let dry.  Chin straps, shoulder pads, and 7 piece pads can be washed the same way.

Pants and Belts:
Integrated pants can be washed in the washer.  Let them air dry.  Non integrated pants and belts can be washed and dried in a washer and dryer.

Please remember that dirty equipment will not be accepted at equipment returns!!!
